A construction or building project requires clear and precise agreements; agreements which precisely define the obligations and rights of the contracting parties. Good construction -and consultancy agreements minimise the risk of conflicts, and ensure that the parties have expressed their expectations to one another prior to contracting. We are very experienced in the formulation and negotiation of construction agreements, both from the side of the constructor and the builder, including security -and financing agreements connected to the construction project.
We assist builders and developers with the development of new projects. Our goal is to tie up the loose ends between, among others, the developer, contractor and the financing bank, so that the resulting property can be sold as a construction sales property or a rental property.
We also advise private people and consumers in connection with entering into contracts for the construction of single family homes, regardless of whether the agreement is entered into with a pre-fabricated home company, for example Lind & Risør, HusCompagniet, Eurodan-huse, or with a construction company or main contractor, where the construction is based on an architects’ drawings.
