Fee
Entitlement to the law is free, but applying the law often costs.
We strive to provide value for our clients. We readily consider amicable arrangements to ensure the most appropriate personal and financial solution.
We prefer honesty when setting our fees. Our fees are calculated according to standard practice based on the circumstances of the case and time spent as follows:
| Partners: | 3.400 – 4.300 DKK per hour |
| Specialised lawyers: | 2.800 – 3.200 DKK per hour |
| Senior associates: | 2.400 – 2.800 DKK per hour |
| Associates: | 2.000 – 2.300 DKK per hour |
Fees are exclusive of VAT.
When advising private individuals and consumers, we always try to provide a total estimate for the service. We can provide fixed price quotes for a given task on a per agreement basis.
We reserve the right to review our fees annually on January 1st.
Cases are usually calculated on account at the end of the month or quarter.
Depending on the nature of the case, a deposit is required at the start of the case. A deposit is always required for new customers and for customers with no business address in Denmark.
The solicitors at Fabritius Tengnagel & Heine are appointed by the Ministry of Justice in Denmark and are part of the Danish Bar and Law Society. All solicitors at Fabritius Tengnagel & Heine are covered by our liability insurance and warranty scheme provided by Codan Forsikring A/S. Liability insurance covers all legal practice performed by Fabritius Tengnagel & Heine regardless of where the legal practice is performed.
